Punta de Vistalegre is a holidays villa with its own pool in Mallorca, which can accommodate up to 6 persons, in one double and two twins rooms. It is located on the east coast from Mallorca, nearby Porto Cristo in a very quiet rural setting, about 60 km from Palma and the airport.
The swimming pool is located at the front of the house. It is surrounded by large shaded patios and is an ideal place to relax with no sounds except for those of mother nature for company. This is transformed into a celestial vault at nightfall and is perfect for observing the star-filled sky. The swimming pool covers a surface area of 32 m2 and has a depth which ranges from 0.90m to 1.80m.

SOME MORE DETAILS ABOUT PUNTA DE VISTALEGRE
This cottage on Mallorca, with 160 m2, was constructed at the beginning of the twentieth century as a farm building for the land which surrounds it. The cottage has undergone various extensions over the years, as required by changes in the way the land is worked. The oldest part is constructed from stone and earth, which were taken from the land that it serves. The rest of the building has been constructed with marès - a type of sandstone that is easy to work and found in abundance on Mallorca. The property, in which the cottage is located covers 46,168m2 and continues to function agriculturally, combining an almond grove with a small flock of sheep and a summer vegetables garden, which provides fresh vegetables to the guests. It is located in a quiet spot near the town of Porto Cristo and the beaches of Cala Anguila, Cala Mendia and S'Estany d'En Mas.
BEDROOMS
The main bedroom is on the ground floor and is accessed from the dining room. It has a double bed, a window set in the fa�ade of the building, and the original stones used in the construction of the buildings walls are uncovered. There are two more bedrooms upstairs. These have spectacular views over the countryside and onto the sea. They both have two beds, but one has a bed situated on a raised platform at over 2 metres from the floor, which is bound to prove exciting for young children.
DINING ROOM
The main entrance to the house leads straight into the dining room, from which the rest of the rooms can be accessed. There are two entrances, the main entrance and another door which is next to the kitchen and which leads on to the patio in front of the swimming pool. This patio was originally used for drying out the figs collected from the trees belonging to the house during summer.
LIVING ROOM
The living room is a large room with 4 windows that offer views over the countryside to the mountains and sea in the distance. It is upstairs and is reached directly from the staircase which leads up from the dining room. There is here a TV connected to Astra satellite channels.
KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY
The kitchen covers an area of 13.45 m2 and is next to the dining room on the ground floor. It is well equipped for cooking, and contains the following items:
