It is possible to park your car on the street in front of the house. Bicycles can be parked on a bicycle stand outside, non-smoking and no pets allowed. The newly renovated and cosy flat is located on the ground floor and is 70sqm in size. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds (1 bedroom has a slightly lower ceiling height of 2 metres). The living room has a double and a triple sofa bed with TV. The kitchen is equipped with a spacious dining area.
