Das Ferienhaus wurde 2017 renoviert und komplett neu möbliert. Es hat: 2 Schlafzimmer (eines mit Doppelbett / eines mit zwei Einzelbetten), jedes mit Bad ensuite. Grosse Einbauschränke. Wohn-/Esszimmer mit SAT-TV (Schweiz und Deutschland).
Komplett eingerichtete Küche (Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Keramikfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Nespressomaschine, Geschirrspüler). Wäscheraum mit Waschmaschine, Putzschrank, Staubsauger.
Wohn-/Esszimmer und beide Schlafzimmer mit Klima warm/kalt.
Aussenbereich: Terrasse mit Tisch/Stühlen, Sonnenmarkise, Liegen und Gasgrill. sep. Liegeplatz hinter dem Haus.
Pool 4x8m, (Benützung durch beide Parteien), Wassertemperatur ganzes Jahr ca 28°! Aussen-Dusche und Aussen-WC.
Strandstühle/-Sonnenschirme ebenfalls vorhanden.
Der Garten hat mediterrane Pflanzen sowie Fruchtbäume (Zitrone, Orange, Mandarine, Mispel).
Lage: ruhig, direkt am Dorfrand, ganztags und ganzjährig Sonne. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bancomat, Apotheke und Restaurants in Fussnähe.
Diverse Sportmöglichkeiten in der nahen Umgebung: Reiten, Tennis, Kart, Wassersport, Golf.
Die Costa Blanca bietet ein sehr mildes und ausgeglichenes Klima, gemäss WHO eines der gesündesten Europas.
