this apartment (No. 4) is located on the ground floor of a large house with a total of 5 apartments, each of which has a private entrance; The apartment n. 4 is a two-room apartment located on the ground floor, with a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a complete kitchen with a table and a small sofa. There is a large storage area for surfing, bicycles, ect. The apartment has a large garden with table, chairs, deck chairs and an umbrella and a magnificent lake view. Reserved parking inside the property. The whole house is surrounded by a large garden, which is completely fenced and divided into different areas exclusively for the use of the individual apartments. The garden of apartment No. 4 is spacious, has deck chairs, parasol and table for lunch. The most important aspect of the garden is the wonderful lake view and the tranquility. There are no streets, nightclubs or noisy bars nearby. We are sure that our customers will appreciate the garden of Casa Margherita

    “Wir würden jederzeit wieder im Casa Margherita Ferien machen! Der grosse Garten und die Herzlichkeit der VermieterIn war super! Positiv: Die Lage ist hervorragend! Der Ausblick grandios! Die Vermieter sind absolut herzlich, freundlich und zuvorkommend! Wir haben noch kaum je eine solche Herzlichkeit gespürt! Unser Hund war ebenso willkommen wie wir Menschen. Vielen Dank! Negativ: Die Fahrt mit dem Auto hinauf zur Casa Margherita ist sehr eng - aber man gewöhnt sich daran! Dies würde uns aber nicht daran hindern, die Unterkunft weiter zu empfehlen bzw. wieder zu buchen.”
