APARTMENT WITH SELF CHECK-IN 

THE APARTMENT IS COMPLETELY CLEANED BEFORE A NEW GUEST ARRIVES TO WHICH WE PROVIDE THE DISINFECTANT GEL AT THE ENTRANCE.

ALL LINEN FOR BEDS AND TOWELS ARE TREATED WITH SANITIZING PRODUCTS AND WASHED AT HIGH TEMPERATURE.

EVEN THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM WITH THE RELATED SPILTS HAVE BEEN CAREFULLY CLEANED AND SANITIZED.


The apartment, quiet, spacious and comfortable, on the ground floor with a mixture of antique and modern, can accommodate 6 people; it overlooks, with two large windows, the Via Guelfa and consists of entrance to a spacious living room overlooking an equipped kitchenette and dining area, double sofa bed, TV corner.

The large sleeping area houses two single beds and a double bed; bathroom with French door complete with shower, walk-in closet and storage room with laundry. Also second complete bathroom with shower.

Bed linen for the beds is also provided, as well as duvets and towels for the bathrooms.

All furniture, equipment and appliances are completely new.

The apartment "GUELFA HOUSE", comfortable and functional, is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay in the heart of art and shopping in Florence.

The apartment is equipped with independent heating, air conditioning, LCD television, washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, complete kitchen equipment, bathroom, bed and kitchen linen. There is a "Wireless Internet" connection with free use.

The kitchen is new, modern and well-equipped, with induction cooker, electric stove, dishwasher, combined fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, induction cookware, crockery, glasses and cutlery.

The apartment, newly renovated and furnished and newly arranged in the inner parts of a small historic condominium of only 5 apartments, is easily accessible on foot from the Santa Maria Novella train station in less than 10 minutes and, as it is located in the historic heart of the city, you can easily visit the centre on foot and in a short time you can reach the famous Piazza del Duomo and the Baptistery of San Giovanni, Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, Santa Croce and Santa Maria Novella and the most famous palaces, museums and monuments of which Florence is really rich.
