Haus Annemarie

Die Ferienwohnung (ca 80 qm) befindet sich am Ortseingang des Skizentum Mitterfirmiansreut.

Sie befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über eine komplett eingerichtete Küche mit E-Herd, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler und Essecke. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit Doppelbetten ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer verfügt über ein WC und einer bodengleichen Dusche.

Im Sommer steht Ihnen eine große Terasse mit Gartenmöbel und Liegen zur verfügung.Für unsere kleinen Gäste halten wir eine Kinderschaukel mit Rutsche bereit. Im Haus befindet sich eine Sauna, welche sie gegen eine geringe Gebühr nutzen können.

    Gut eingerichtete Küche Negativ: Sauna im Durchgang zum Treppenhaus und Ausgang. Keine richtige Wohlfühlatmosphäre im Ruhebereich. Freizeit: Eisvogelrundweg bei Mauth Parkplatz Jägerstraßl. Sehr gut beschildert. Muss aber entgegen der normalen Richtung gelaufen werden, dann ist es nicht so anstrengend”

    “Großes Haus mit mehreren Ferienwohnungen. Gute Ausstattung und viele Küchengerät sind vorhanden. Dusche ist Bodengleich und großzügig. Großes Doppelwaschbecken und noch 2 Zimmer mit 4 Betten. Ebenerdige Terrasse mit weitem Ausblick. Das Haus ist zwar an der Straße aber vom Verkehr bekommt man kaum was mit. Mit fast 1000 Meter Höhenlage sind die Temperaturen angenehm bei Sonnenschein, den hatten wir 5 Tage.”
