La villa degli Oleandri sorge in una posizione del giardino più elevata rispetto alle altre case della residenza e gode di una splendida vista sulle colline e sulla cittadina medievale di Ostra.
Completamente ristrutturata con materiali antichi originali, è stata mantenuta l'architettura delle vecchie case del luogo. Uscendo potrete poi immergervi nell'ampio giardino, ricco di fiori e piante aromatiche, con i loro intensi profumi e godere della piscina privata per un tuffo rigenerate.
