Vacation home with pool surrounded by nature, just minutes from the crystal clear sea of Puglia and Ostuni, a famous medieval village with its characteristic white houses, rich in historical references, restaurants and wine bars and events. The area offers ancient historical villages such as Alberobello with its characteristic trulli, Martina Franca and Cisternino. In the nearby town of Fasano, which can be reached in half an hour by car, there is a safari zoo, a real pleasure for the whole family. For those who like cycling, around the house there are many signposted bike paths that lead into the countryside or to the sea. For those who like shopping, at only 6 km away is Carovigno with its stores or at 30 km away is Brindisi with its large shopping centers. On several farms you can taste and buy local products such as olive oil, wine, pasta and other world famous culinary delicacies. The house is divided into two independent units and on the large terrace overlooking the pool, which is furnished as a living area, all guests can sit comfortably together. The outdoor grill with sink allows you to cook comfortably in the pool area. The living area on the terrace overlooking the pool is under construction.
