Fully detached holiday villa with an enclosed garden, trampoline and a private sun deck

This holiday villa is very centrally located in Trosa, only about 300 m away from the center - but in a quiet street with little traffic. It is walking distance to Trosa town center, the harbor, shops and restaurants.

The house has a cozy garden without transparency with a large terrace facing south, sun all day. There is a large football field just across the road.

This bright and spacious house in the middle of Trosa was fully refurbished in 2016. It offers four bedrooms and can accommodate six guests.

Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor together with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and an open plan living room. On the lower level there is a fourth bedroom of about 40 square meters with a large corner sofa and TV with Apple TV box. The ground floor large bathroom has a toilet and a bathtub while the smaller one is a guest toilet with a wash basin. Downstairs there is a third bathroom with toilet and shower.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with lovely work surfaces. Fiber internet access is available throughout the property by wifi and with fixed connection sockets. We run a yoga studio in Trosa and we welcome all our guests to a complimentary yoga class with your stay. Please let us know and we will help you book a class.

Trosa harbor is located about 800m from the house where you will find a number of restaurants, cafés and shops. The center with grocery store, “systembolaget”, pharmacy, restaurants and cafes is about 400 m away. Outside the house there is a large sports field with football pitches. There is also a playground about 300 m from the house.

    “Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung im Zentrum von Trosa. Von der Fußgängerzone und vom Hafen ist es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
    Es verfügt über ein Erdgeschoss und ein Kellergeschoss (dieses wird zum Teil auch vom direkt am Grundstück befindlichen Yoga Studio verwendet). Das Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett) und die beiden Kinderzimmer (105 und 120 cm breite Betten) befinden sich im Erdgeschoss. Ein weiteres großes Wohn-, Schlaf-Zimmer ist im Kellergeschoss (Doppelbett). Alle Zimmer sind voll möbliert und zum Großteil auch von den Besitzern mit allen Gebrauchsgegenstände ausgestattet (Spielzeug, Bücher, Kosmetika etc.). Das Haus ist schon etwas älter aber vor einigen Jahren liebevoll renoviert worden. So mischt sich Neues mit Altem. Besonders herausstreichen muss man die riesige Holzterrasse und den Garten mit diversen Sitzmöbeln und Grill. wir konnten auch die Fahrräder nutzen, die zwar zum Teil auch schon in die Jahre gekommen waren, aber funktionstüchtig sind. Alles in allem hat es an absolut nichts gefehlt. Jegliche Küchen-Ausrüstung, Müllsäcke etc. waren wie im eigenen Haushalt zur Genüge vorhanden. Riesiger Kühlschrank und Tiefkühler, der aber auch bereits mit einigem gefüllt war. Es gab aber ein paar leergeraumte Fächer. Alles sauber. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern, vor allem wenn man gemütlich und ruhig seine Ferien verbringen möchte und auch selbst kochen will.”
