Also due to the view over the mountains from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Capannori, district Marlia. The holiday home is located on a 150 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The outdoor area is completely fenced, so you and your children can have a safe and peaceful vacation. Access to the property is via a gate on the street side. Leaving the house and relaxing in the pool or in the garden you can admire the magnificent hills of Lucca Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 20 m).
