The bright living room, kitchen, dining room and a bathroom are located on the first floor. On the second floor are the bedrooms, one of which has access to a large, furnished terrace, a small kitchenette and 2 bathrooms.

The area also offers good conditions for shopping enthusiasts. Cycle path near the coast. There are many sporting opportunities in the area, such as sailing, golf and horse riding.
