Just 8 km from the beautiful beach of Lido di Camaiore on the Versilia coast, holiday apartment on the first floor of a villa with a garden and parking on the property. The accommodation has a covered terrace equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining and which can also be closed if necessary. The house is located in the village of Piano di Mommio. The area offers various mountain bike routes and for lovers of walking and trekking, various marked trails are easily reached on foot, such as the Buca delle Fate route, where there are six caves excavated in the 60s, where materials dating back to the Paleolithic and copper ages and now exhibited in the "Palazzo Paolina" museum in Viareggio. Along the way you can admire the beautiful landscape and stop in the picnic area of the park. Another path leads to the picturesque village of Mommio Castello with a beautiful view of the Versilia and the peaks of the Apuan Alps. 5 km Camaiore with typical restaurants, shops and services of all kinds and characteristic historical center where every summer many events are organized. 7 km Pietrasanta, the city of artists, where throughout the year there are exhibitions of famous artists. 8 km the seaside town of Viareggio, full of charm, with its port and lively nightlife. From Viareggio also ferries depart for excursions to the Cinque Terre in Liguria, UNESCO heritage. 20 km Forte dei Marmi with its elegant night clubs and high class shops, just 30 km from the marvelous cities of art Lucca and Pisa with the famous Leaning Tower.

    “Fijne rustige ligging van de woning,
    Woning is zeer compleet en gezellig ingericht, binnen is alles zo goed als nieuw, er is goede wifi en de grote smart-tv in de kamer werkt perfect. Keuken is zo compleet zoals je thuis wenst. De loggia is fantastisch, daar kan je de hele week leven en eten. De tuin is bijna overbodig. Ruime parkeerplaats voor de auto en aardige verhuurders.”
