In the garden you can enjoy the natural shade of the trees that give you extra privacy as well. The private pool with a sun deck and sun beds, the outside kitchen with grill and fireplace will make you enjoy your stay with family and friends offering you an outside space for relaxing gatherings. The indoors are spacious and well equipped for your comfort. The large master bedroom with a sitting area, queen size bed with canopy, ensuite bathroom, large windows and a large balcony gives the house an extra romantic touch.
Your pets are welcome and will surely find their favourite spot under a tree shade. The villa is located in a quite village 8 km from Umag on a few minutes drive to the beach, town center and various activities that you can choose from. The area is close to local winerys and wine yards, olive oil roads, restaurants. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property and the street in front of the house.
