The holiday house is in an elevated location in a new, quiet villa estate with a view of the sea. The holiday house is far away from typical mass tourism. It is a semi-detached building. A second house is also rented out short-term for holiday breaks. The two houses are separated by a fence.
The holiday house has a private furnished veranda of 25 sq.m, from which you can enjoy a view of the sea and the countryside. You can park a car on site. There are other parking spaces near the holiday house by the side of the street.
The holiday house of around 190m² is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to eight people. There are four bedrooms, two of which each have a double bed, one with a single bed, and the other with three single beds. There are also three bathrooms, of which two have a shower and one has a bath. One of the bathrooms has a washing machine. The living room on the upper floor has an open layout, with a modern kitchen, a dining space and a lounge area with a TV and a fireplace. Firewood can be used free of charge.
The beaches in the north are about four kilometres from the holiday house. The town of Rethymnon is 9km away. It is only a short drive to shops and tavernas. The traditional village of Maroulas is a kilometre from the holiday house. The wider surroundings are rural. Farmers raise their sheep and harvest olives from the olive trees that grow everywhere. The holiday house is a great starting point for day trips. The owner is happy to provide recommendations.
The wireless Internet connection can be used free of charge. The owner can provide a cot and a highchair at no additional charge on request. Each bedroom and the living room have air conditioning. The holiday house is ideal for short stays, but can also be rented for longer periods. It is recognised officially and certified by the Greek Ministry of Tourism.
