Very pretty wooden house with plenty of space for the whole family, located in the heart of Sjusjøen. Just 50 meters from the front door you will find some of the best cross-country skiing trails in Norway, leading all the way to Øyerfjellet; the entire trail network consists of no less than 300 groomed cross-country skiing kilometers, inviting you to shorter and longer ski tours. In addition, Sjujsøen offers kite surfing, dog and horse sledding, snow rafting and ski school. After a short walk you will reach a grocery store, a sports store and a café with a pub. The former (1994) Olympic city of Lillehammer is only a 30-minute drive away and offers a cozy pedestrian area with restaurants and shopping. Also visit Hunderfossen amusement park, Lysgårdsbakken ski jump, Maihaugen open-air museum and the Norwegian Road Museum. In the summertime Sjusjøen offers great trails for hiking and biking, fishing opportunities. In the house is a training card that all guests of the house can use at the Center Treningsvitenskap Sjusjøjen.
