Beautiful country house in a panoramic position, recently restored maintaining and enhancing the rustic style and at the same time providing it with all comforts to ensure a relaxing and welcoming environment. Located in the beautiful area of the "Val di Sieve", a few kilometers from Florence, the house is on two floors, with nice furnishings and some period furniture. The property has a nice garden of 3000sqm. equipped with above ground pool for the exclusive use of guests (7m. x 3m. prof. 130cm.) and provided with area equipped for outdoor dining with barbecue. Private parking in the property.
The house is located at 5,5km. from "Rufina", at 23km. from Florence, at 17km. from "Vicchio" (birthplace of Giotto and Fra Angelico) at 40km. from the "Barberino Designer Outlet" (over 100 stores of major brands of Italian and international fashion).

    “Schönes Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern und gemütlicher Wohnküche. Das "Fernsehzimmer" ist eher Zugabe. Die Ausstattung der Küche und im Haus ist vollständig.
    Tolle Lage mit Blick ins Rufina-Tal.
    Das Grundstück ist weitläufig, der Pool etwas entfernt, sorgt aber für Ruhe.
    Für uns war das sehr schön, da wir Ruhe gesucht und gefunden haben.
    Die Heizung im Haus funktioniert sehr gut!”

    “Das traditionelle und sehr gepflegte Ferienhaus befindet sich auf einem Hügel oberhalb der Kleinstadt Rufina und ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen, ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus, auf der unmittelbar vorbeiführenden Panoramastraße fährt vereinzelt mal ein Auto vorbei. Der große Gemeinschaftsraum mit Küche ist traditionell im toskanischen Stil eingerichtet und die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Kochgeräten ist sehr umfassend.
    Im Untergeschoss des Hauses befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und ein kleines Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, der Liegekomfort ist eher rustikal.
    Die Terrasse bietet Möglichkeiten zum Essen und Faulenzen (Pavillon,Tisch und Stühle aus Plastik, Sitzecke) und man kann besonders am Abend den herrlichen Blick über die Hügel der Umgebung inkl. atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergängen genießen. Zum Haus gehört auch ein gepflegter Pool mit Blick ins Tal zur alleinigen Nutzung durch die Gäste und wir waren nach ausgedehnten Tagestouren dankbar für diese Erfrischung.”
