Quietly situated holiday house with a conservatory, by the Baltic Sea

This generous and well-equipped holiday house with a conservatory, which can be booked all year round, is very close to the Baltic Sea and about 3km from the seaside town Warnemünde. The detached house is on a quiet residential estate on the edge of the centre of Diedrichshagen, part of Rostock. The beach is just a short walk away.

The living space totals around 90m2. It is ideal for a relaxing holiday for up to three people. The interior comprises a living room with a pull-out sofa bed and stairs to the open sleeping area under the sloping roof, a separate and fully-equipped kitchen-diner, a shower room and a sociable conservatory. Under the sloping ceilings you can sleep in a generous double bed (180 x 200cm). Please note that the ceiling height in the middle of the gallery is 1.80 metres. Built-in cupboards provide storage space for your clothing and luggage. After a day trip, you can relax in the living room on the pull-out sofa bed and a rotating armchair, with the flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a stereo system with a USB port, CD player and radio providing entertainment in the evening. The living room provides access to the 11m² modern kitchen, which enables convenient self-catering with a dishwasher, an induction hob with an oven, a fridge, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The dining table with four high-backed chairs invites you to enjoy meals together. The 8m² daylight bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a mirror, a towel radiator and a WC.

You can enjoy relaxing hours in the conservatory on the generous suite. The conservatory measures 18m² and you can look out of the windows towards the front garden as far as the hedge at the foot of the site. The sunny terrace is ideal for sun worshippers, with garden furniture, a parasol, two garden loungers and a grill. The site is fenced and therefore also suitable for children and dogs. There is parking space for bicycles on site. You can park your car on the public track right in front of the site.

The house is ideal for two people, but there is also a pull-out sofa bed for a third person.

The natural beach at Diedrichshagen (and also the dog beach) is about 900 metres away. There is a fine sandy beach from around 1.5km away. There are local shopping facilities in the neighbouring locality Elmenhorst, Warnemünde or Rostock. You can buy everyday essentials in Diedrichshagen. Very close to the house you can find a golf course and the riding stables. The area is ideal for walks and cycle tours on the coastal cycle path. Holiday destinations include the seaside town Warnemünde (4.5km), Nienhagen (“hauntedforest”) 7km, Heiligendamm (“white town by the sea”) 18km, Bad Doberan (cathedral) 15km and of course Rostock (13km). The narrow-gauge railway ‘Molli’ takes you from Bad Doberan via Heilingendamm to Kühlungsborn, with a ferry also from Warnemünde. If you cross by ferryfrom Warnemünde to Hohe Düne via Unterwarnow, you can go on trips to Markgrafenheide, Graal-Müritz and the Rostocker Heide (e.g. ‘Schnatermann’). Popular trip destinations include ‘Karl’s strawberry farm’ in Rövershagen and the Rostock zoo with the Darwinium opened in 2012.

    “Ein mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes schickes Häuschen, mit allem was man braucht. Noch nie hatten wir ein Ferienobjekt, in dem sogar unser Vierbeiner so herzlich willkommen geheißen wurde. (Futternäpfe in allen Größen/ Kotbeutel und Knabbereien) Wenn es das Wetter zugelassen hätte, dann hätten wir den kleinen Garten auch super genießen können.(waren Ende Okt. da) So beschränkten wir unsere Draußenaktivitäten auf lange Wanderungen am Strand und in der Umgebung.
    Auf alle Fälle weiter zu empfehlen!”
