The holiday apartment is located in a terraced house built in 2015, was renovated in 2016 and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is located in a busy environment, in a residential area, in the town centre. Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location at the water the domicile is popular. For your exclusive use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Location
Lido Sant´Angelo. The holiday apartement is located on a 60 sqm open enclosed garden plot and forest plot with meadow, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Cozy and comfortable two-storey apartment, about 300m from the beach, in the heart of Lido Sant, Angelo, Rossano's coast. The house is an independent apartment for 4/6 people. It is just a few minutes drive from the commercial heart of Rossano and the beautiful, rich and ancient citadel of Rossano Paese (where the Codex Purpureus is preserved). If you drive in a few minutes you can visit fantastic cultural sites, one of the largest water parks in Italy and incredible natural parks. Lido Sant Angelo is a coastal area that is very lively in the summer and very quiet for the rest of the year. The apartment is on a new little street and this allows you to enjoy a cozy and intimate atmosphere when you are at home, even if you can walk to a pizzeria / bar / pub / gelateria / club :) Access is via a side road or via a field or forest track. Parking is available in a carport and on the street in front of the house.
