This comfortable holiday house is located on the edge of the village Valtura, near Nezakcij, the remains of the historic oldest settlement in Istria. It is ideal for those who like to relax in nature, peace and quiet of a village. The house has two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and a gallery, which is accessed from one of the bedrooms. Refreshment from the summer heat offers a swimming pool, next to the beautiful terrace, where you can enjoy preparing meals from the grill. Near the house is a property of the house owner, where Istrian cattle and horses are bred. Visit Medulin and enjoy a day of sun and swimming on his famous sandy beach. The power supply runs exclusively on solar panels.
