Situated in Perros-Guirec, on the Côte de Granit Rose and surrounded by a two hectare plot, is this rustic holiday home. It boasts a courtyard, complete with a barbecue area and children's play area. The property dates back to the 16th Century century; although it has been renovated, the homeowners has retained much of the home's original charm.Despite the holiday home's location amidst beautiful countryside, it is only 900m away from the beautiful seaside resort of Trestraou. Here you can find a Thalassotherapy center, a casino, restaurants and a delicious creperie. It also offers a beautiful beach and is home to a sailing school. Just a few kilometers away is Ploumanach, which was voted in 2015 to be France's favourite village. Alternatively, you may wish to explore Trégastel, with its heated saltwater pool and swimming and recreation center, the Forum de Trégastel. The complex Golf de Saint Samson is only a few kilometers away.

    “Das (Doppel-) Haus ist ein sehr charmantes, altes bretonisches Natursteinhaus mit einer schlichten, aber geschmackvollen Einrichtung. Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt, ebenso der große Außenbereich. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut, allerdings fehlt ein Backofen.
    Wir waren im April dort und bekamen leider die unteren Räume (Küche mit Essbereich sowie Wohnzimmer) nicht warm, sodass der Aufenthalt dort nur in dicker, mehrschichtiger Kleidung möglich war. Das kleine Bad (ohne Dusche, mit kleiner Badewanne) hat keine Heizung und ist daher zu dieser Jahreszeit ebenfalls kühl. Deswegen würde ich dieses Haus eher für den Sommerurlaub sehr empfehlen.
    Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und für Fragen und Unterstützung jederzeit ansprechbar und bereit. Zudem bekommt man von Ihnen gute Ausflugstipps für die Umgebung.”
