This luxury villa is situated on a hillside and offers beautiful views of the sea and the countryside. The villa is modern and very well equipped for a comfortable holiday. On the ground floor are two very similar separate units. To the first floor lead the interior stairs, where one has even an input, and the interior stairs lead to the attic. All rooms are bright, spacious and almost from all parts of the villa you can enjoy the view of the Bay of Kotor. A standing central air conditioning, central heating, video surveillance and alarm system will make sure that you feel comfortable in your holiday villa. All bathrooms and kitchens are well equipped and modern. The villa has a wine cellar where you can purchase exquisite wines from the home owners’ special collection. Outside facilities include a large swimming pool, tennis court and a barbecue terrace. The closed plot offers plenty of privacy. The homeowners can organize a trip on a luxury boat for you. You can arrange Mediterranean catering by a professional chef. We can also recommend excursions and trips, where you can explore the Bay of Kotor and the beautiful coastline. Visit the towns of Herceg Novi and Kotor. In Herceg Novi, which is very touristic oriented, there are a very long promenade and marina, and numerous cafes, restaurants and beautiful beaches. The car-free old town of Kotor with its significant cultural and historical buildings and their location has been added to the UNESCO world cultural and natural heritage since 1979.
