These inviting apartments (GPE108, GPE109, GPE110, GPE111) welcome their guests in houses right by the sea. They are architecturally beautifully designed and offer good comfort: for example, they are all equipped with air conditioning (w/c). Standing in the charming fishing village of Ermioni on the Peloponnese peninsula, these vacation properties are ideal for vacationing in a peaceful area away from mass tourism. Here, the sun and sea are the priority, and in between you can indulge in culinary delights in the small tavernas.     “Très bonne situation à proximité immédiate de la mer ; très bon équipement ; une grande terrasse très agréable avec une vue superbe sur les iles. Très beau jardin bien entretenu. Appartement très propre et fonctionnel. Un seul bémol, la seconde chambre vraiment très exiguë qui n'est pas idéale avec des grands enfants.”

    “Eine Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Voll eingerichteter Küche, gemütliche Sitzecke, 2x Schlafzimmer mit allem was man braucht(Bettwäsche usw.),Waschmaschiene, Carport, 2x Balkone(jeweils Größe von Terassen ca. 20m² und größer) mit Blick auf einen sehr gepflegten Park mit Palmen, Orangen, Granatäpfel usw....
    Zugang zum Meer (50m) durch den Park mit Außendusche und Gartenhaus mit Grillmöglichkeit.
    Kurzum: Eine Bleibe zum Wohlfühlen abseits von Hektik und Lärm.”

    “Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Man hat tatsächlich nur 30 Meter bis zum Gartentor, wo man sofort am Wasser steht.
    Badeschuhe sind sehr zu empfehlen, da der Bereich am Wasser sehr steinig ist und auch einige Seeigel zu finden sind. Das Wasser ist aber wunderbar klar und man kann zu einer kleinen Insel schwimmen. Schnorchel-Sachen unbedingt mitbringen!
    Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und teilweise überdacht, so dass man immer Schatten hat! Man hat einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet (sogar mit Orangenpresse!). Zum Kochen darf man sich im Garten Zitronen, Feigen, Rosmarin und Oregano pflücken. Alles weitere sollte man mitbringen (auch Salz und Pfeffer).
    Der Fernseher ist winzig! Da bräuchte man auch keinen Fernseher hinzustellen. Aber wir haben ihn sowieso nicht benutzt, dazu ist die Aussicht auf das Wasser viel zu schön!”

    “Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern, alles top gepflegt und in einem sehr gutem Zustand (die gesamte Anlage!). Der direkte Zugang zum Meer ist super. Okay, wenn man am Strand liegen will geht das nicht, aber dafür hat man gleich seine Terrasse oder den großen gemeinsamen Garten. Wir hatten das Appartement GPE109 im 1. Stock und die Terrasse ist sehr groß und es ist angenehm dort bis zum nächsten Schwimmen zu verweilen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und nett (sie war zufällig zur gleichen Zeit vor Ort). Eigener PKW ist notwendig, um an Geschäfte oder Restaurants zu kommen.”
