Apartment in the ancient hamlet of Maggiue, in the heart of the hinterland of the Riviera di Levante, at 18 km from the fantastic bays of Sestri Levante: the Bay of Silence and the Bay of Fairy Tales. The dwelling is on the ground floor of a two-family house (on the 1st and 2nd floor there is ILL508) with own entrance and private equipped outdoor area with barbecue for outdoor dining. Beautiful views of the surrounding hills. Ideal position to visit the small hamlet and the area of the Graveglia Valley. The owner has a farm and upon request and it is possible to buy biological products (oil, wine, meat, eggs and cold meats). Location: 15 km Chiavari, 18 km Lavagna, 25 km Moneglia with its bays, 34 km Santa Margherita, 39 km Portofino, 54 km Genova with the elegant palaces Palazzi dei Rolli (UNESCO World Heritage) and one of the largest aquariums in Europe, 67 km Monterosso in the renowned Cinque Terre area (UNESCO World Heritage). In about 8 km distance, in the district Gambatesa (also within walking distance), is a unique manganese mine with mineralogical museum and train leading for 25 km into the tunnels. The access road to the house is partly narrow und uneven. The parking is along the road. A staircase leads to the house.
