Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. For shared use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture. Washing machine at the landlord. Internet in the yard and in the house

Lovran. The holiday home is located on a 850 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.

air conditioner. Facilities: internet access (WLAN), iron and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (7 m x 4 m, depth 1,6 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the beginning of October.
