First floor opens to a patio with a swimming pool (heated if needed), and a yard with a completely furnished summer kitchen, including barbecue area and a big terrace. Nicely equipped gym room with a bathroom, playground, and a spacious parking lot are just some of the amenities this house has to offer. This house is very private, and area around it is very peaceful. The only noise you might hear is the chirping of the crickets. Several great beaches are only short car ride away. A hiking trail, leading to the top of the Sveti Ilija mountain is also nearby. If you wish to sample local wines, your wonderful hosts, Mario and his wife, will offer them to you from their own wine cellar.
