Nice house with a neat, well-kept interior. This is a perfect place for children. They can enjoy splashing in the fenced private pool or play in the enclosed garden. For you there are lounge chairs with a panoramic view of the woods and mountains.

The vacation home is located near Villars between Luberon and the Plateau de Vaucluse in a beautiful part of the Provence. The small village of Villars is 8 km from the cozy Apt. This former Roman town now consists of small streets and alleys with Provencal shops, fine boutiques and the oldest cathedral in France. Near Apt there also is a amusement park with a lake which offers water sports like sailing and surfing.

By driving along a beautiful scenic route you arrive in Bonnieux (20 km), a good place to start a walk in the wooded Luberon. But also Gordes (built against a rock) (20 km) and the picturesque town of Roussillon (14 km) are top tourist attractions of the area. From Roussillon you have a splendid view of both the Luberon, the Plateau de Vaucluse, as well as the striking ocher rocks for which this part of France is known for.

    “Das ganze Haus macht einen sehr guten Eindruck, insbesondere die Küche und das Bad sind gut ausgestattet. Anders als auf den Bildern ist ein neues Fernsehgerät vorhanden, mit dem man alle deutschen Sender empfangen kann.
    Das Schwimmbecken ist groß und sauber und wurde auch während unseres Aufenthalts zweimal von Fachkräften gepflegt.”

    “Für 2 - aller höchstens 4 Personen - ist das Haus ausreichend. Es gab 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem 1,40m breiten Bett. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer war etwas ungemütlich eingerichtet. Ein enges 2sitzer Sofa ohne Armlehnen und 2 Ratansessel.

    Draußen konnte man sowohl überdacht wie auch “offen“ sitzen und essen. Der Pool war schön groß. Es gab genug Liegen und ein großer Sonnenschirm stand zur Verfügung. Wir waren mit unserem Hund, den man nicht frei rennen lassen kann. Da der Poolbereich ca. 1,30m hoch eingezäunt war, konnte er sich auch frei draußen bewegen. Leider musste er im restlichen Außengelände an der Langlaufleine sein, da die niedrigste Mauer ca. 0,80m hoch war. Für kleine Hunde oder welche, die nicht ausbüxen, ist das Haus mit Außenanlage super!

    Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich! Eine Kommunikation mit ihr war schwierig, da sie nur französisch spricht.”
