This country house with a large garden is right near Millstatt Lake, a gem in Carinhia, offering various holiday apartments in quiet, rural surroundings, with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Peace and quiet, space and luxury in a traditional Austrian atmosphere are within your reach here. Enjoy your well-deserved holiday in any season with all the necessary amenities. The house is also open in winter.

You will soon feel at home in the spacious apartments and on the large balcony on the south side. The apartments are also equipped with satellite TV, a safe and free wireless Internet access.

The house is surrounded by a large flower garden (400m²), which ensures privacy and where every guest will find a suitable little spot. The garden and the balcony invite you to relax and laze. There are cosy sitting corners and some grills for use free of charge. The large garden is especially suitable for families with children, with a terrace, a trampoline, a playground, a lawn and a swimming pool (in summer). The seven car parking spaces are right by the house.

You will be the guests of a Dutch family who attach importance to service. It is possible to purchase ski passes at a reduced price. Apart from the rural surroundings and the breathtaking view of mountains, your accommodation has a lot more to offer, such as an indoor playing corner for children, a fitness room, a sauna and solarium for adults. There are also several sledges and a games room with table football. The use of the sauna, solarium, fitness room and games room is included in the rental price.

In summer you can enjoy the nearby lake, where you can swim, go boating, sailing or sunbathing. You can go on beautiful hikes straight from the house the whole year round. There are shopping facilities 4km from the house. There are wonderful forests right nearby, or you can go on a tour in the nearby high mountains. In any case, it is an ideal place to enjoy nature, to relax and leave everyday life far behind.
