This beautiful apartment with swimming pool is located on the first floor of a family house in a small idyllic Istrian village, only twenty minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches of Istria.

Nearby is the historic town of Labin, known as the city of artists and therefore an attractive place for art lovers. Here you will find a number of small galleries and workshops with original ceramic items. This is indeed a paradise for families with children, because the property is large and covered with Mediterranean vegetation and vines and lavender.

    “Das Haus ist in sehr gepflegtem Zustand, sehr gut ausgestattet und auch für 12 Personen mit 2 großen Hunden (den zweiten Hund hatten wir bei den sehr netten Besitzern angefragt) immer noch großzügig bemessen. Die Aufteilung der Räume ist durchdacht und die mehreren Ebenen des Hauses und Grundstücks wirken sehr aufgelockert. Das schöne, große Grundstück mit Pool und sehr gepflegtem Garten lädt zum Aufenthalt auf der Wiese oder direkt am Pool ein. Aufgrund der Größe und Randlage stören auch 12 Personen keine Nachbarn. Auf dem großen Balkon könnte man sogar bei schlechterem Wetter noch sitzen.
    Alles in Allem wirklich sehr empfehlenswert.”

    “Ich möchte an der Stelle meine Rezension sehr gerne mitteilen, im Großen und Ganzen kommen wir definitiv wieder. Unsere Reisegruppe waren drei Familien, 7 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder, Erwachsene im Durchschnitt 30 Jahre, Kinder 3-12. Folgende Punkte möchte wir gerne äußern:
    Sauberkeit: 5/5 Das Haus war sehr gepflegt, reinlich und ordentlich. Es gab keine Beanstandung unserseits.
    Platzangebot: 4/5 Die Raumaufteilung ist großzügig, nicht gedrungen, nicht beengt.
    Ausstattung: 5/5 Großer, gepflegter Pool, Küche & Bäder auf neuestem Stand, Mobiliar ist wohnlich & einladend gemütlich, WLAN ist vorhanden.
    Lage/Grundstück: 4/5 Sehr schönes Grundstück, weitläufig, Platz für Aktivitäten, Terrasse & Balkon mit viel Platz, Sonnenliegen und Grillecke (separat), Carport für 4 Fahrzeuge (verdeckt).
    Zugang/Aufteilung: 4/5 2 separate Appartements, Wiese, Pool und Strandliegen hinter dem Haus (nicht einsehbar) Einfahrt mit Tor, Straßenseitiger Eingang zum Oberhaus, Windseite geschützt, gute Wege, gepflastert.”

    “Das Haus entsprach in vollem Umfang der Beschreibung. Selten passen Bilder und Beschreibung so gut zum Haus. Das Haus war eines der besten, dass wir bisher hatten. Sehr guter Zustand. Alles, was man so braucht, war vorhanden.
    Der Vermieter stand für Fragen immer zur Verfügung.”

    “Es war ein super Urlaub! Das Haus war in einem hervorragenden Zustand! Grundstück und Pool ebenso! Sehr ruhige Lage! Sehr nette Vermieter! Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen!!”
