This pretty semi-detached traditional Istrian house is comfortable and equipped with nice furniture. The holiday home is located in a small Istrian village with only a few houses. It stretches over the first floor and the ground floor. The house consists of three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. In direct proximity there is a small football field. Within only ca. 15 minutes of drive you can reach the most beautiful beaches in Istria and the historical town of Labin, which is known as the town of artists due to its numerous small art galleries.The house owners also own the holiday home CIK011, positioned in direct proximity, which creates the opportunity of renting both houses together for more families or larger groups of friends.
