You will also have: - a swimming pool with beach (a swimming pool heating service is possible at an additional cost);- a covered terrace of 70m² with a dining table for 10 people, a roof terrace of 20m² and a 30m² garden terrace. The three terraces offer a beautiful open view of the sea; - parking for 2 - 4 cars- and a pétanque court.
