This charming Finca, nestled between Manacor and Las Calas de Mallorca on the east coast, offers a serene escape amidst stunning natural surroundings. Accessed via a scenic dirt road off the highway from Manacor to Son Macia, the property provides a tranquil retreat with panoramic views of the picturesque landscape. Spanning approximately 130 m² on the ground floor, the living area accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning. Two bedrooms feature comfortable double beds (180 x 190 cm each), while the third bedroom offers two single beds (0.90 x 1.90 m). Guests benefit from two shared bathrooms with showers, and one of the bedrooms enjoys an en-suite bathroom with a large shower. The heart of the home unfolds seamlessly from the bedrooms, leading into an open-plan kitchen with modern amenities including a dishwasher and a dining area. Adjacent to the kitchen, the living room features satellite TV and provides access to a covered terrace overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden. Here, a cozy corner with sofas offers an ideal spot for relaxing evenings, complemented by a dining table for enjoying meals with a view of the private 8 m x 5 m pool.
