The slightly sloping location offers fantastic panoramic views, while the lush Mediterranean vegetation on the extensive grounds provides total security and privacy. The various open and covered terrace areas to the front and rear of the house, near the pool and in the park-like garden offer plenty of wonderful places to relax and unwind. The sunbathing area next to the 10-metre-long swimming pool, constructed with trendy wood, and the flagstone path to the pool area are real eye-catchers. Last but not least, the viewing balcony on the first floor is of course very attractive, offering an excellent view not only of the property but also of the landscape beyond. Incidentally, your hire car will find a shady spot in the carport.
The "Son Net" offers high-quality and stylish living. Here, too, there are several open-plan levels that offer plenty of living space and exude a completely inviting expanse. Terracotta tiles, exposed wooden beams on the ceilings, white walls and numerous windows create a pleasantly light, harmonious setting. The dining area is pleasantly airy and flows seamlessly into the library, where - slightly higher up - you have a great view and are also very cosy.
