The vacation apartment is located separately on the upper floor of a vacation home on the owner's 3000 square meter pottery and vacation farm in a direct forest location. A total of six vacation apartments of different sizes are available.
The 75 square meter apartment for 4 people is equipped with a living area (upholstered furniture, flat screen TV), an open kitchenette (electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. In the attic (access via steep room-saving staircase) there is a further bedroom (double bed) and an additional WC.
Access to the apartment is via a separate external staircase. This also leads to a balcony with seating area and barbecue. There is also an outdoor pool (shared use), a parking space, bicycle storage and WiFi. The total price includes water, energy and final cleaning. Towels and bed linen must be brought along. Pets are allowed: One small dog up to a height of 40 cm is allowed in this property. To be paid on site: Tourist tax.
Pruchten is a small village in the southern Bodden landscape, approx. 6 km from the Baltic seaside resort of Zingst. In the village: restaurant, shopping, small harbor, boat and bicycle rental, riding stable and best fishing possibilities.
