The high-quality ground floor apartment fantastic and flooded with light is generous, tastefully equipped with everything that is needed for daily needs.The well -cut and very light -flooded living/dining area forms the heart of the beautiful apartment, the wonderful south terrace borders directly on it.The half -open kitchen is skillfully separated from the living/dining area.The bedroom is towards the east so that they can be woken up by the sun every morning.The spacious daylight bath/toilet with tub is modern and impresses with its simple elegance. It also has an outside window.Another highlight are the beautiful terracotta tiles in the entire apartment.
