The residential complex has a wellness area with sauna and an indoor pool. The apartments are equipped with TV, Internet, underground parking. The Avenida Mountain Resort is situated in the best location in the center of Kaprun.
The final cleaning is not included and need to be paid extra on the day of arrival.

The spacious living room is furnished with a beautiful large dining table and a typical Austrian corner bench and has an open-plan kitchen. You can sit back and relax by the fireplace in the seating area. There is also a comfortable sofa bed for two people. The spacious balcony is directly accessible from the living room and offers a wonderful view of the Kitzsteinhorn.
