Our flats are located in the 1st floor of our building in the area of Augustusburg / Hennersdorf. The flats have a separate entrance. There is a spacious garden around the house, with an individual BBQ-area for our guests (right beside to the pond).

Conditions:
An advance payment of 25% of the total price can be charged at any time after booking.
Payment is made in cash on site (or by bank transfer in advance, up to 3 days before arrival).
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged 50% of the total price.
Arrival is possible from 12.00 to 23.00.
Departure is possible from 7.00 to 10.00.
The keys will be handed over personally (if you arrive after 21.00 they will be deposited).
Pets are allowed on request (for a fee).
Baby cot/extra bed is available (baby bath and high chair also).
A visitor's tax of 1 EUR per person per night is payable locally. For teenagers up to 16 years the tourist tax is 0,50 EUR and children up to 6 pay nothing.
