The property is located at the end of a dead end, in a holiday home area, in a holiday complex, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, children's playground, swing, sandpit, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Our cave houses have spacious and colorful living rooms with comfortable sofas and fireplace that opens onto a bright, fully equipped kitchen.Outside it has a veranda with wonderful views.Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, toaster, juicer, blender, iron and ironing board.) The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking lot (for 20 cars) on the property.

central heating (wood / coal). Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and iron. TV reception takes place via antenna.

Outdoor pool (8 m x 5 m, depth 1.50 m, for common use). Children's pool (diameter 3 m, depth 0.50 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of April to mid of October.
