This apartment is for 2 to 3 persons and it is situated directly on the beach and close to the city center, ca. 15m from the beach, 300m from the city center, 200m from the restaurant and 200m from the next shop. It is situated on the ground floor with a surface of 30m2 and consists of one bedroom (with double bed), a living room with one sofa bed and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, refrigerator and coffee maker, the bathroom is equipped with shower and wc. There is a lovely terrace with furniture and with sea view. SAT-TV, air condition, bed linen, towels and use of internet are included in the price, pets are welcome. Directly to the property there is no parking. One parking place is situated ca. 500m from the apartment and it is free of charge.

    “Dank der ausgezeichneten Lage wäre die Wohnung ohne den oben erwähnten Schimmel ein Traumobjekt. Positiv: Lage direkt am Meer Negativ: Im Badezimmer hatte es Schimmel an der Decke und in der Duschkabine. Sitzplatz ist klein und wird nur mit einem Vorhang von der Nachbarswohnung abgetrennt.”
