Well-kept holiday cottage in Saltum Strand with tasteful, personal furnishings located on a large, secluded natural plot in scenic surroundings. Open concept kitchen and living room, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The dining area has a skylight which helps makes this area bright and appealing. The wood-burning stove and air-to-air heat pump help ensure low energy costs. The terrace has both a grill and a portable bonfire. Level natural plot surrounded by plantings. Both swings, sandpit and slide for the children. No letting to youth groups.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

    “Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, das Grundstück von Bäumen umsäumt. Auf der Terrasse kann man wunderbar sitzen und entspannen oder essen, es gibt auch einen sehr großen Sonnenschirm. Im Garten gibt es ein Trampolin, eine Schaukel und eine Rutsche, alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch gut nutzbar. Im Haus gibt es alles was man braucht, wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst. Man merkt, dass den Eigentümern das Haus am Herz liegt.
    Den riesigen Strand kann man zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichen, er ist ca. 1,5 Kilometer entfernt. Sehr gut ausgeschilderte Wander- und Fahrradwege sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.”
